1. How do we measure the students for their gown size?
Measure the student from the top of the head to the floor, in feet and inches, ex. 3 feet 9 inches.  With these measurements gowns should fall mid-calf. There is no need to measure heads, our caps are one size fits all.



2. How long will my order take?
Our standard shipping time is approximately 3 weeks, from the time we receive your order with the payment. Our rush order shipping time is approximately 2 weeks available for an additional charge.



3. What are school payment options?
Check, Money order, Credit card,($25.00 minimum order for credit cards), and Purchase Orders from ISD’s. PLEASE NO INDIVIDUAL PARENT CHECKS!



4. What material are the gowns made of?
The gowns are made of polyester rayon with a little bit of a shine to them.

We recommend hanging the gowns up on arrival of your order or tumble them in the dryer for 1 to 2 minutes on delicate, with NO dryer sheet.  These gowns are not made for washing or dry cleaning, but for those who choose to reuse them we recommend storing the gowns in a cool, dry, closet to retain their color.



5. Do the tassels have a year date charm?
Yes, all tassels come with the year on them. 



6. What is the difference between a Gradhood and a Kinderhood?
A gradhood goes around the neck like a collar. It comes to a point in the front and back.  Gradhoods are made out of the material that our gowns are and come in gold or white only.  Kinderhoods are made of satin with a ribbon border and are available in gold, white, red, royal, or silver.



7. Do the diplomas, announcements, and program covers come preprinted?
No, they are filled in with the correct information by you.



8. Does your company carry items for other graduates? 
Yes we do.  Our website should show everything we carry from preschool robes to adult robes, and from choir robes to judicial robes.
