Activating Tax exemption for on-line shopping.
  If you are a non-profit organization or qualify for a tax exemption, you will need to complete the following steps in order for us to enable tax free on-line shopping for your school or organization:
  1. Create an account by clicking My Account and selecting New Customer (this step is only required if you have NOT established an on-line account).
  2. After you have created an account, you need to fax us your Tax Exempt Certificate to (800) 705-4253.
  3. We will activate your on-line account for tax free shopping after we have reviewed your submitted certificate (make sure we can match it up to your registered account by including your name, email, phone on the faxed certificate).  Normally, activation can be completed within a couple of hours if the certificate is faxed promptly.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Yes, unless you are able to provide a copy of a tax exception certificate by fax or mail.  Usually schools and non-profits qualify.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of your order processing.
